3 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp sriracha

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

Freshly cracked black pepper

1/2 tsp liquid smoke (optional)

1-2 Tbsp water to thin out marinade

Oil for the pan

Instructions
