While the chicken cooks, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
