Instructions

  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch to a bowl and add cubed chicken breast. Mix well to to evenly coat the chicken breast.
  • Preheat air fryer at 400F for a few mins. Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil then add chicken breast in a single layer without overcrowding (separate into batches if needed). Spray the top of the chicken breast again with avocado oil. Cook 12-14 mins.
  • While chicken is cooking, mix together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seed, cornstarch, garlic, cooking wine, rice vinegar and water together and add to a pan over medium heat. Stir gently until sauce has thickened. Once chicken is done, add to the pan and stir gently to evenly coat the chicken, about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and serve.
