Cook ramen noodles according to instructions on the package. When done cooking, drain noodles but save about 1.25 cups of the hot, starchy noodle water for later.

While the noodles are cooking, add Buldak seasoning packets (can be spicy so adjust the seasoning to your taste), kewpie mayo, peanut butter, grated garlic, and egg yolks to a large bowl and mix well until you form a thick paste. Add boiling hot noodle water to loosen the mixture and get a creamy soup. Start with about 1 cup of water and add more if you prefer this to be more soupy.

Add cooked noodles into the creamy soup and garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and chili oil if you want it more spicy.
