Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen soup dumplings Mila, Laoban brands are great!

Spicy Peanut Sauce

Garnish

  • Crushed peanuts
  • Chili oil
  • chopped green onions

Instructions

  • In a blender (or using an immersion blender), combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chili oil, lime juice, garlic and warm water and blend until a loosened sauce. Add water (1 tablespoon at a time) if the mixture is still too thick.
    3 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, 1.5 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1-2 teaspoon chili oil, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 clove garlic, ⅓ cup warm water
  • In a steamer over medium heat, steam the soup dumplings for 10-12 mins until cooked through.

  • In a large bowl, add the spicy peanut sauce then carefully add the soup dumplings on top of it. Garnish with crushed peanuts, chili oil and chopped scallions.
