- Preheat air fryer at 400F for a few mins. Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil then add chicken breast in a single layer without overcrowding (separate into batches if needed). Spray the top of the chicken breast again with avocado oil. Cook 12-14 mins.
- While chicken is cooking, mix together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seed, cornstarch, garlic, cooking wine, rice vinegar and water together and add to a pan over medium heat.
